- Fontainebleau is the newest luxury property on the Strip and carries both halves of a nightlife weekend under Groot Hospitality, LIV on the night side and LIV Beach on the day side. The finish level is high and the venues were designed into the building rather than retrofitted. Like Resorts World, it sits at the north end, which is the main practical consideration.
- Music and programming
- LIV runs house and hip-hop, Friday through Sunday, 10:30 PM to 4:00 AM. LIV Beach runs March through October, Friday through Sunday, 11 AM to 6 PM, and has programmed John Summit, Tiësto, David Guetta and Dom Dolla. Both are premium-positioned rooms.
- Dress code
- LIV requires upscale fashion attire and refuses swimwear, athletic apparel and loungewear, with no oversized bags or backpacks; strictly 21 and over with government-issued photo ID. LIV Beach requires swimwear and describes its code as upscale resort, refusing jeans, athletic wear and jerseys.
- Arrival and timing
- The north-end location is the thing to plan around. LIV doors are 10:30 PM and LIV Beach opens between 11:00 and 11:30 AM depending on the day, both are easy to miss if travel time is underestimated.
- What drives the cost
- Premium across the board, rooms and venues both. Where it earns that is in newness and service ratio, and in the fact that a full weekend can happen without leaving the property. Bryan can tell you whether that convenience is worth the premium for your group.

LIV nightclub and LIV Beach dayclub, both run by Groot Hospitality. Together they cover a full weekend without leaving the building.
